Terms of Sale & Use

Please read section 19: it says most disputes are settled by individual arbitration instead of in court, with no class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

1. Acceptance

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Like a King Inc. They apply when you visit mylittlebots.com (the "Site"), buy anything from it, or use anything you bought. By paying, or by using a product, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't buy or use the products.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Like a King Inc., a New York corporation ("we", "us", "our"). Our parent site is likeakinginc.com. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. To reach us, use the contact form or reply to your Stripe receipt.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it to these terms, and "you" includes that company. You may not buy if the law or a sanctions list bars you from doing so.

4. What you buy and your licence

Our products are digital files and links: setup instructions, skills and routines for AI assistants ("bots"), and where offered, a link to import a ready-made bot into your own Grok Bot account ("Import Bot" link). Products are licensed, not sold.

When you pay, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use each product you bought, for yourself or inside your own business, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may change a product for your own use.

You may not: resell, rent, share publicly or redistribute a product or its Import Bot link; publish it, or a bot made from it, as a public template, marketplace listing or shared bot; present it as your own product; or use it to build a competing collection of bot setups. These limits match the sharing rules of the platforms the bots run on. Bundles and business purchases are licensed the same way unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The bots run inside software and accounts you provide (for example Grok Bot). We don't host, run or operate them for you, and we don't get access to your accounts.

5. Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Every product is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals and no recurring charges. Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase you already made. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel that order and refund you in full. You're responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion or bank fees that apply to you, except where the law requires us to collect a tax.

6. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is immediate: after payment you're returned to a page where you can import, copy or download your bot, and Stripe emails you an invoice with the install steps. You can get your files again at mylittlebots.com/get.html with your invoice number and email.

14-day refund: if a product doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase by replying to your Stripe receipt or using the contact form, and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method. After a refund your licence to that product ends. We may decline repeated refund requests that look like abuse. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

7. Your content and recordings

"Your content" means anything you or your bots put into, or get out of, the AI services you use: prompts, notes, files, messages, transcripts, recordings and outputs. You keep all your rights in your content. It stays in your own accounts with those services; we don't receive it, store it or use it to train anything.

You're responsible for your content: you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with the bots, and that using it doesn't break any law, contract or third-party right. If you send us content (for example when asking for help), you give us permission to use it only to answer you.

8. Recording other people

Some bots can summarise calls, meetings, voice notes or conversations you give them. Recording or transcribing other people is regulated, and in many places (including several US states, such as California) everyone in a conversation must agree before it's recorded. Before a bot processes a recording or transcript of other people, you must get any consent the law requires, give any notice the law requires, and follow the privacy, eavesdropping and wiretap laws that apply to you and to them. Never use a bot to record or monitor anyone secretly. You're solely responsible for this, and for any claim that arises from it.

9. Third-party services

The bots depend on services we don't control, including Grok Bot and other products of SpaceXAI LLC, X (from X Corp.), Stripe, Anthropic's Claude, OpenRouter and Hermes. You need your own accounts with them, you must follow their terms and policies (including SpaceXAI's terms on sharing and using bots), and you pay any fees they charge, including usage limits and plans. Their services, prices and features can change or end at any time; if a change stops a bot from working as described, we're not liable for it, though our 14-day refund in section 6 still applies. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Acceptable use

You're responsible for how you use the bots and everything they produce. You agree not to use a product, or anything it produces, to:

The bots are set up to draft and suggest, not to act for you: review everything before you post, send or publish it. You control your accounts and settings, and you're responsible for anything sent from them.

11. AI output and no professional advice

The bots use AI models, which can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or biased, and can produce content that resembles other people's work. Quotes, counts, links, research and drafts are leads to check, not verified facts. Check anything before you rely on it or publish it.

Nothing the Site or a bot provides is legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, credit or credit-repair advice, and no bot replaces a qualified professional. Don't use the products for decisions where an error could cause harm without checking with someone qualified.

12. Our intellectual property and trademarks

The Site, its text, code, graphics and the product files are owned by Like a King Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence in section 4 is the only right you get to them; we keep all other rights.

Trademarks. Grok, Grok Bot and their logos, bot designs and marks are trademarks of SpaceXAI LLC. X is a trademark of X Corp. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. We show these names, and the Grok Bot look, only to identify the platform our setup files work with. Our products are independent setup files made by Like a King Inc.: they are not made, endorsed, sponsored, approved or certified by SpaceXAI LLC, X Corp., Anthropic or any other company named on the Site, and mylittlebots.com is not affiliated with any of them. If you own a mark shown here and have a concern, tell us through the contact form and we'll respond promptly.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement. We don't promise that a product will meet your needs, work with every account or plan, or keep working if a third-party service changes. We don't promise any result, such as followers, views, leads, sales, income or time saved. Examples on the Site are illustrations, not typical or guaranteed results.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) Like a King Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from or related to the Site, the products, any AI output or any third-party service, even if we were told they were possible; and (b) our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim. These limits apply whatever the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your law permits.

15. Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Like a King Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the products, your content, anything you post or send, any recording or data you process, or your breach of these terms, of any law, or of a third party's terms or rights.

16. Termination

If you breach these terms, your licence to the affected products ends automatically and you must stop using and delete them. We may suspend access to the Site or downloads to stop abuse. Sections 4 (limits), 7, 8, 10 to 15 and 18 to 22 survive termination.

17. App store terms

We don't offer a mobile app, so no app store's terms apply to your purchase. If we ever release an app, the app store's terms will also apply to purchases made through it, and we'll say so here.

18. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them, the Site or the products, are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 19, any claim that isn't arbitrated must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living outside the US, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

19. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, send us a short description of the problem and what you want through the contact form, and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most issues are fixed with a refund or a new file well before that.

Individual arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, if we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in the county where you live. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and must follow these terms. Fees follow the AAA consumer rules.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

No class actions; no jury. To the extent permitted by law, you and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of different people. You and we waive any right to a jury trial. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies.

Opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by telling us through the contact form within 30 days of your first purchase, with your name, email and invoice number. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these terms.

This section doesn't apply where the law of your country or state doesn't allow it, including where EU or UK consumer law gives you the right to go to your local courts.

20. State-specific notices

California. Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California users are entitled to this notice: the products are supplied by Like a King Inc., at the prices shown at checkout; you can contact us through the contact form; and you can reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210. California residents' privacy rights under the CCPA are described in our Privacy Policy.

New Jersey. Any provision of these terms that limits remedies, disclaims warranties or requires indemnity does not apply to New Jersey consumers to the extent New Jersey law prohibits it.

Other states. Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities or arbitration terms. Where your state's law doesn't allow a provision, that provision applies to you only as far as your law permits, and the rest of these terms still apply.

21. EU, UK and other statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK: you ask us to deliver digital content immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Our voluntary 14-day refund in section 6 still applies. You also keep any statutory rights if digital content is faulty.

22. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and the products. If a court or arbitrator finds part of them unenforceable, that part is limited as little as possible and the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms or your licence; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and that electronic notices meet any requirement that they be in writing. Headings are for convenience only.

23. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase; changes apply to later purchases and later use, and we'll update the date at the top. For any question, refund, complaint, opt-out or legal notice, use the contact form or reply to your Stripe receipt.
