Terms of Sale & Use

1. Acceptance

These terms apply when you use mylittlebots.com (the "Site") or buy or download anything from it, including free downloads. By paying or downloading, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy or use the products.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Like a King Inc. ("we", "us"). Our parent site is likeakinginc.com. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a company, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.

4. What you buy and your licence

Our products are digital files: setup instructions for AI assistants ("bots") and Claude skills. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each file for yourself or inside your own business. You may change the file for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the paid files, or present them as your own product. Free files may be used and shared, but not sold.

The bots run inside software and accounts you provide (for example Grok Bot, Claude or Hermes). We don't host, run or operate them for you, and we don't get access to your accounts.

5. Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless clearly marked otherwise. Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your full card details. You're responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion or bank fees that apply to you, except where the law requires us to collect a tax.

6. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is immediate: after payment you're returned to a page where you can copy or download your file. If something goes wrong with delivery, reply to your Stripe receipt and we'll send the file.

14-day refund: if a paid product doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase by replying to your Stripe receipt, and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method. We may decline repeated refund requests that look like abuse.

7. Third-party services

The bots depend on services we don't control, such as Grok Bot and other products from xAI, X (formerly Twitter), Anthropic's Claude, OpenRouter, Hermes and Stripe. You need your own accounts with them, you follow their terms and policies, and you pay any fees they charge, including usage limits or subscription plans. If a third party changes, limits or discontinues its service, a bot may stop working as described; this doesn't make us liable, though our refund window in section 6 still applies.

8. How you use the bots

You're responsible for how you use the bots and everything they produce. In particular you agree to:

follow the rules of every platform involved, including X's rules on automation, spam and platform manipulation;
review everything before you post, send or publish it; the bots are set up to draft, not to act for you, but you control your accounts and settings;
not use the bots to harass anyone, to collect personal data unlawfully, to infringe anyone's rights, or for anything illegal;
not treat bot output as professional, legal, financial, tax, medical or credit advice.

9. AI output

The bots use AI models, which can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and can produce content that resembles other people's work. Quotes, counts, links and research are provided as leads to check, not as verified fact. You're responsible for checking anything before relying on it or publishing it.

10. Our intellectual property and trademarks

The Site, its design, text, graphics and the product files are owned by Like a King Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright. Your licence in section 4 is the only right you get to them.

Grok, Grok Bot and xAI are trademarks of xAI. X is a trademark of X Corp. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. We use these names only to describe what our products work with. mylittlebots.com is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by xAI, X Corp., Anthropic or any other company named on the Site.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular result, such as followers, views, sales or income. Examples on the Site are illustrations, not typical or guaranteed results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Like a King Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Like a King Inc. against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the products, your content or posts, or your breach of these terms or of a third party's terms.

14. Termination

If you breach these terms, your licence to the affected products ends and you must stop using them. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 9 to 16) survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Like a King Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. To the extent the law allows, disputes are resolved individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

16. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK: you ask us to deliver digital content immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Our voluntary 14-day refund in section 6 still applies.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. For any question, refund or complaint, reply to your Stripe receipt, or use the contact options on likeakinginc.com.
